Stage 35 Construction Update

Stage 35 (3) construction works continue to progress well, with several key milestones recently achieved as the new outdoor recreational precinct begins to take shape.

Over recent weeks, significant works have been completed across the site. The terrace structure has now been erected, providing a clear view of the scale and layout of the new outdoor space. Installation of the new synthetic green has also been completed, while the foundations for the new pickleball courts are now in place. Civil works and carpark improvements have also progressed well as part of the overall development.

With much of the structural and foundational work now complete, the focus over the coming weeks will shift toward the design elements that will bring these spaces to life. Landscaping works will also form an important part of this next stage, helping shape the overall look and feel of the precinct. Members will begin to see the fittings, finishes and final details emerge as the project moves into the final phase of construction.

The project is now on the home stretch toward completion, and it is exciting to see these new outdoor recreational areas taking shape. Once finished, the development will deliver a vibrant new outdoor precinct for members to enjoy, combining recreation and social spaces that will further enhance the Diggers experience.
