Welcome from the new CEO

It is a privilege to commence my role as Chief Executive Officer at Diggers The Entrance and lead our Club into its next stage of growth.

Having been part of Diggers for over 20 years, I have a deep appreciation for the strength of our culture, the importance of our people and the vital role we play within our local community. While our leadership has changed, our purpose remains the same – to deliver outstanding experiences & facilities for our members while continuing to evolve as an innovative and progressive community-focused club.

As we move forward, our focus is clear. We have introduced a new Strategic Plan to provide strong direction and alignment across the Club, with the board and management team working together with a shared vision. This plan keeps us focused on what matters most, great leadership, consistent customer experiences, supporting our staff and ensuring long-term growth and success of our club.

Reconnecting with our community and strengthening our brand presence locally is also a key priority. Through ClubGRANTS, local sporting sponsorships and community partnerships, we will continue to invest in the organisations and people that make our part of the Central Coast such a wonderful place. Supported by our dedicated Community Crew, we remain committed to strengthening these connections and ensuring Diggers continues to give back and play an active role within our local community.

None of this would be possible without our amazing staff. Their passion, professionalism and personal commitment are at the heart of everything we do, and I am incredibly proud to lead such a dedicated and hardworking team. Everyday they go above and beyond to create welcoming experiences for our members, and their pride in the Club is evident in the service they deliver. Investing in our people will remain a key priority as we continue to strengthen our culture and ensure Diggers remains a place where both our staff and members feel valued.

There is strong momentum across Diggers right now, and I am excited about what lies ahead. Together with our staff and loyal members who are part of the Diggers family, we will continue to strengthen and grow a Club that people are proud to be part of now, and into the future.
